We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we make the process easy and simple to return or exchange.
1. We accept return/exchange within 30 days after receipt of merchandise/shipment.
2. For returns, we will fully refund you after we receive the merchandise back.
3. Clothing products can ONLY be returned/exchanged if they are still in brand new condition as they were shipped, unworn & unwashed with all original tags still intact. Due to sanitary & hygiene reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for clothing products if they are already worn or washed.
4. If you need an exchange, please let us know the style #, the size and the color of your choice.
5. When return or exchange, please have RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package in order for us to process your refund/exchange in a timely manner.
